FAQ:

  • Do I need to be home for service?

    • Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you do not need to be home. Just let us know how to enter (gate location, latch type, etc.).

  • What if my dog is in the yard?

    • That’s totally fine. Please let us know if your dog is friendly or if there are any special instructions. If a dog appears aggressive or unsafe, we’ll skip service and follow up.

  • How often do you come?

    • Most customers choose weekly service, which keeps yards clean and odor-free. One-time cleanups are also available, and we can discuss custom schedules if needed.

  • How much does service cost?

    • Weekly service starts at $22/week for one dog. Pricing depends on:

    • Number of dogs

    • Yard size

    • Cleanup frequency

    • We’ll confirm final pricing after a quick review.

  • Is there a contract?

    • No contracts. You can pause or cancel service at any time — just give us a heads-up.

  • Do you scoop in the winter or snow?

    • Yes! Dog poop on top of snow is messy and unsanitary. We continue service year-round, weather permitting.

  • What about rain or bad weather?

    • We work in most weather conditions. If severe weather prevents service, we’ll reschedule or notify you.

  • How do you dispose of the waste?

    • All waste is collected and disposed of properly. We never leave bags on your property unless specifically requested.

  • Is this service sanitary and safe?

    • Yes. We follow clean handling practices to help reduce odor, bacteria, and parasites that can affect pets and people.

  • Are you HOA-friendly?

    • Absolutely. Many HOAs encourage regular pet waste removal. If needed, we’re happy to coordinate or provide proof of service.

  • What areas do you serve?

    • We’re based in Boyertown, PA and serve surrounding areas. If you’re nearby, just ask!
